Major Shareholder of Yaxing Bus Transfers 2.76% Shares to Huarong Asset

www.chinabuses.org: It is announced from Yaxing Motor Coach Co., Ltd. that its major shareholder, Jiangsu Yaxing Automobile Group Co.,Ltd. will transfer 6072.4 thousand shares (about 2.76% of total shares) to China Huarong Asset Management Corporation. Currently, trading parties are dealing with registration.
After transferring, Yaxing Group will hold 118 million shares, accounting for 53.84% of the total and is still the controlling shareholder.
