Recent enhancements to the company's services include updated maintenance literature in Chinese, a dedicated field service organization, a new field diagnostic lab, an enhanced service part offering and a toll-free call center
In addition, the company has created a dedicated aftermarket department in China to further cultivate opportunities outside of traditional original equipment (OE) and original equipment service (OES) business.
ArvinMeritor is investing in its aftersales service and support capabilities in China to support the company's growth objectives.
