Person in charge of Kinglong air-conditioner after-sales service said that they will listen to customers’ needs with utmost patience and try to answer them by solving their problems. At the same time, they introduced the use environments and operation guidance of the air-conditioners to improve service life of them.

They chose Shanghai, Chongqing as well as Langfang as the target visiting service places during the after-sales services periods to know the problems in use and suggestions from customers.
