www.chinabuses.org: Currently, Dongfeng Chaoyang Diesel CY4102C3C/D/E/F/G engines obtained the certification of R49(emission) and R24(smoke emissions) of TüV Rheinland LGA Products GmbH, which means Dongfeng Chaoyang Diesel gets the passport of the European Union market and other overseas market with the same limitations in the industry of diesel engines.
E/e Mark certification is the approval system issued by the Economic Commission of Europe (ECE for short) for the automobile parts. Before the application, the manufacturers should make clear and confirm whether the importing country can detect the auto accessory according to the regulation of ECE. The certification will be awarded when the products comply with the related requirement. The E-Mark number shows different due to various certification countries. "E" represents the accordance with the regulation of ECE.
Based on the regulation, the vehicles and electronics exported to EU market have to pass through the E-Mark certification and are marked "E" on the products.
