Yutong Bus Plans New Assembly Lines for 20,000 Buses

www.chinabuses.org: Yutong Bus, the biggest domestic bus builder, is going to launch their new bus assembly line for 20,000 units, making 70% increase of production capacity, and total output will amount to 50,000 units per year.
It’s learned recently that Yutong Bus will purchase another 140.92 hectares land to establish their assembly line project to produce high-end tourism coaches, road coaches and city buses etc five model types.
According to Yutong Bus financial statement, 28,625 large and medium buses were produced in 2009, up 6.45% year on year. If the new assembly line finished, Yutong Bus will continue lead China bus industry and leave major rivals like Yaxing Bus and Ankai Bus far behind.
To finish the project in time, boarding meeting in Yutong Bus has approved the project. And they have already reported to Development and Reform Commission.
