After promotion for Golden Dragon Hyundai XML6700H, Xiamen Golden Dragon and Korea Hyundai Motor Co. went on processing further intercommunion and cooperation. Xiamen Golden Dragon and Commercial Vehicle Overseas Service Dept of Korea Hyundai Motor Co. reached an agreement on how to serve customers of Golden Dragon better. Moreover, they both established high-efficient claim process for after service, this implemented the smooth joint for the after service system, it not only laid the foundation for the sustainable development between Golden Dragon and Korea Hyundai, but also solved the problem for imported parts’ supplying in China.

On Sep.11, 2009, a team led by Mr. Lee Dong Hyun from Korea Hyundai company came to Xiamen Golden Dragon to have a meeting with Golden Dragon top leadership. Also, they negotiated with After Service Dept for further discussion in warranty period, service authorization, claim and service cost, service hardware construction, technology service communication and support etc. At last, the both parties came to an agreement of After Service Guarantee guided by ‘Sincere, attentive, timely, efficient’ policy and aimed to improve customer satisfaction and promote sales.

After this, on Nov. 24, 2009, Commercial Vehicle Overseas Service Dept of Korea Hyundai Motor Co. Kim Ji Hun and his team went to Golden Dragon After Service Dept to discuss about the establishment for after sales claim process. The both parties signed the special terms about parts’ supply, arranging and stipulating the parts storage, urgent parts dealing, parts purchasing cycle and price controlling, etc. to ensure no trouble  to customers in the future.

After several deeper communications between Xiamen Golden Dragon Co., Ltd and Korea Hyundai Motor Co. Ltd, both parties’ confidence for the future was enhanced and their cooperation will further improve the manufacturing level for Golden Dragon coaches. It will be approved that after the perfect combination between these two excellent companies from Korea and China respectively, Hyundai and Golden Dragon would offer masterpiece to customers as they wished and both parties can gain win-win success by the mutual advantage from advanced technology of Hyundai and Golden Dragon's great occupancy in China market.
