09 September 2009

English.chinabuses.com: According to Chinese customs statistics shows that auto sale in China grew quickly in the first seven months of this year. However, auto exports are totally different. Auto exports decreased more than 40 percent year-on-year in Tianjin port, a northern coastal city of China.

Chinese auto giant Geely Holding Group says its exports declined a lot with more than 30 percent. The statistics also reveals that China exported 190 thousand vehicles in the first seven months of this year in total, down nearly 60 percent year-on-year.

Government advises that the exporters need to set up sales networks, perfect after sales services, and adjust business structures to prevent those impacts because of the global financial turmoil. Moreover, the Chinese government will adopt tax rebate policy to spur auto and parts export.
