Golden Dragon to Strength its Post-sale Services Abroad

English.chinabuses.com: in order to strengthen its post-sale services in the overseas market and gain a deeper understanding of the international bus market, a team comprised of bus technicians and sales representatives sent by Xiamen-based Golden Dragon Van Co., Ltd. recently took a long journey to Saudi Arabia. During the trip, the team paid special visits to its agents in the local market and held a number of training sessions to the local technicians. Moreover, through talking with the local sales representatives, the team has gained a more concrete picture of the market needs in the Middle East. 

 


Before the trip, the team sent by Golden Dragon prepared full introductions of its latest bus & coach models and made handbooks which offer a host of tips and methods on how to do bus trouble-shooting and drive buses in a more fuel-efficient manner. After receiving the materials, a technician from Saudi Arabia told our reporter that he has benefited immensely from the handbooks. “I believe that such moves taken by Golden Dragon will further boost its brand image among its agents here in Saudi Arabia”, the technician added. During the trip, the local sales agents provided feedbacks from Golden Dragon bus operators and offered a series of constructive suggestions for further expansion of the bus builder in the local market.



Amid the weak international demand for buses, Golden Dragon has not slackened its efforts in overseas expansion. Since the start of 2009, the bus builder has conducted several rounds of market research in Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Yemen, Algeria, and South Africa. Through visiting its foreign customers, collecting market feedbacks and strengthening its post-sale services, the company has step by step laid a solid foundation for its overseas expansion.
