Production ceremony of FAW Group commercial heavy-duty gearbox CA10TA190 was held in assembly&pdoduction line of FAW Jiefang Gearbox Company. The production of CA10TA190 signifies independent research&development level of FAW Group heavy-duty trucks.

It is learned that CA10TA adopts FAW independent measure Chinese users complex working condition load spectrum, passes more than 30,000 hours’ bench test, and also passes complete auto start, low temperature start, bad road experiment, reliability test, trial distance is more than 3.1 million km.Product certification result shows each performance index and reliability of CA10TA exceeds design standard.

CA10TA is designed by FAW Group technology center, and produced by FAW Jiefang Gearbox Company, productivity will reach 30,000 units per year. FAW group invested 265 million yuan technological transformations fund to guarantee the production. CA10TA will match FAW Group diesel engines, satisfies the demand of heavy-duty engineer autos, provide strong, high efficient, reliable power transmission.
