Recently, Foton AUV Bus Company (hereinafter referred to as Foton AUV) revealed that it has secured a deal with a bus operator in Taiwan. According to the deal, Foton AUV will supply 75 units of hybrid buses to the island, marking the first batch of buses from mainland to hit the road in Taiwan.

Apart from this, talks on export of Foton AUV hybrid buses with some bus & coach dealers from the UK and USA are now underway. It is expected the company will soon deliver its products to the developed countries.

Since its debut at the end of 2007, Foton AUV hybrid bus has now been put under operation in Beijing, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shenzhen and other first-layer cities in China. The export of the environmentally friendly bus is believed to further boost its sales both at home and abroad.
