The bus model, a forty-four seater, is imported by GT Group, a family enterprise owned by Benedikt G. Gudmudsson in the northern European country. With a total workforce of about 60 employees, GT Group boasts a fleet of 40-50 buses & coaches of various sizes and is chiefly involved in the cultural tourism industry.
The bus drivers from the operator expressed their satisfaction over the quality and performance of Yutong bus. Compared with Benz, one of the big names in the global bus building industry, Yutong bus is said to be of the same quality level but half the price of a same-sized Benz bus. Thanks to this, the company is now considering placing more orders on Yutong and helping popularize the Chinese bus brand in the European market.
