Founded in 2002, Beijing C.C.D Air Ride Suspension Co., Ltd. is situated in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area with registered capital of RMB 10 million. As a high-tech enterprise, the company focuses on integrated R&D, manufacturing and sales of commercial vehicle air suspension systems.
Our products serve OEM manufacturers across buses, trucks, tractors, semi-trailers, military vehicles and special-purpose vehicles. We adopt modular product development, enabling high versatility of spare parts and rapid customized development to match clients’ unique technical parameters and diversified demands.
Our R&D team is led by a senior US engineer with over 20 years of air suspension development experience, complemented by multiple Chinese design engineers with more than 7 years of suspension matching experience; all production staff hold over 7 years of relevant industry experience. Following 5S lean production management and IATF16949 & ISO9001 quality standards, we implement full-process production control and independently produce all critical components in-house.
Development Milestones
2002: Introduced REYCO and GREEN suspension technologies imported from the United States.
2004: Brought in overseas advanced technology & production processes to realize localized component manufacturing.
2018: Achieved rapid business expansion; expanded OEM supply coverage for various commercial vehicle clients and ranked among China’s Top 5 domestic suspension suppliers.
2020: Completed construction of new production base to lift overall manufacturing competitiveness.
Present: Continues upgrading conventional suspension products while developing cutting-edge solutions for new application fields such as road-rail dual-use vehicles.
