The on-site service group dispatches experienced mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians to all delegate hotels and venue routes, including the Friendship Hotel, Beijing Conference Center, Hongfu Hotel, Jingfeng Hotel, CPPCC headquarters, and Railway Building, adhering to a one-hour pre-departure duty and 24-hour standby protocol.
