Farizon Advances European Expansion with Strategic Logistics Partnership

28 November 2025

LONDON – On November 24, 2025, Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group entered into a tripartite cooperation agreement with German logistics specialist Duvenbeck and Amass Leanway International Logistics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Amass International Group. The partnership aims to foster collaborative growth in the European logistics sector and support Farizon's sustainable development across the region.

The signing ceremony was attended by Fan Xianjun, CEO of Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group. The agreement was formally signed by Xue Tao, General Manager of Farizon International Marketing Company; Marco Nazzari, Chief Commercial Officer of Duvenbeck; and Wenren Hong, Chairman of Amass Leanway.

Europe represents a key strategic market in Farizon’s global expansion. In the first half of 2025, Farizon led export sales in several European countries, including the UK, Spain, and Belgium. The company now operates across 26 European markets, supported by a comprehensive network of 61 sales outlets and 69 service centers—ensuring synchronized progress in both market presence and after-sales support. To further strengthen its local operations, Farizon has refined its organizational structure and plans to establish a European subsidiary, enabling more segmented regional strategies and sustained market growth.

A cornerstone of the new agreement is the establishment of Farizon’s first overseas new energy commercial vehicle parts warehouse in Germany, scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026. Strategically located at the “crossroads of Europe,” the facility will leverage its partners' regional logistics networks to provide European dealers with integrated support in storage, distribution, and after-sales service. This initiative is expected to significantly reduce international shipping distances and costs, improve responsiveness to urgent and large-scale parts demands, and enable delivery across Europe within 1–6 working days. The OTD (Order-to-Delivery) time for parts to distributors’ warehouses will be shortened by 40–60 days. This collaboration will enhance synergies among the partners and support Farizon's new energy products in gaining further traction in the European market.

As China’s leading new energy commercial vehicle brand, Farizon has consistently pursued a dual-focused strategy balancing domestic leadership and global expansion. In October 2025, Farizon again led the industry in both monthly and year-to-date sales, capturing a 21.3% share of the new energy logistics vehicle market—marking its 42nd consecutive month as segment leader. Internationally, leveraging Geely’s global resources and development expertise, Farizon has accelerated its overseas growth to build a second growth curve. In the first half of 2025, the company ranked second in the industry for new energy commercial vehicle exports, with a year-on-year surge of 372.93%. Through its integrated “product + ecosystem” value chain approach, Farizon continues to strengthen bidirectional synergy between domestic and international operations, elevating Chinese new energy commercial vehicle brands to new heights globally.
