China International Commercial Vehicles & Auto Parts (Uzbekistan) Expo 2025 Opens in Tashkent

The China International Commercial Vehicles & Auto Parts (Uzbekistan) Expo 2025, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by the Trade Development Bureau, opened in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on October 22, 2025.
The opening ceremony featured addresses by Wang Deyang, Deputy Director-General of the Trade Development Bureau; Dilfuza Samandarova, Director of Central Asian business media BMCA; Michael Johannes, Vice President of Mobility & Logistics at Messe Frankfurt Group; and Haytham Yehia, General Manager for Shell Lubricants in Central & Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by distinguished guests including Liu Yang, First Secretary of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Uzbekistan; Stephan Buurma, Member of the Executive Board of Messe Frankfurt Group and Managing Director of Messe Frankfurt Asia Holding Ltd.; and Ulugbek Rozukulov, Chairman of the Uzbekistan Automotive Industry Co.
Following the ceremony, Chinese and international guests toured the exhibition halls and engaged in discussions with participating companies.
The three-day expo spans 1,008 square meters, featuring 104 standard booths and 72 square meters of raw space. It hosts 105 Chinese enterprises from provinces and municipalities including Hebei, Zhejiang, Shandong, and Guangdong. Exhibits cover a wide range of categories, including batteries and the three electric systems, chassis control, component assemblies, modification accessories, maintenance & repair, and intelligent management systems. A dedicated matchmaking event for Uzbek auto parts companies will also be held during the expo to facilitate targeted business negotiations.
The expo is held concurrently with Automechanika Tashkent 2025, Commercial Vehicles Central Asia, and the Tashkent International Auto Show, collectively creating a premier automotive and auto parts industry event in the Central Asian region.
