The assembly employs an eight-layer square conductor hairpin winding motor. Through an integrated design approach, it minimizes mechanical components and connection wiring, resulting in a total assembly weight of approximately 50kg and a volume reduction of about 30%. This leads to higher efficiency, lower power consumption, and an overall system efficiency improvement of 2%-5%, thereby extending the vehicle's driving range. The optimized overall rear axle design frees up more space for the vehicle's layout, eliminates the need for a cab tilting mechanism, simplifies the vehicle assembly process, reduces maintenance and repair costs during the vehicle's lifecycle, and lowers the vehicle's operating cost per ton-kilometer, solidifying the product's competitiveness.

JJE's new SD220 integrated motor and controller assembly will make its debut on Qingling's new energy light truck products, facilitating efficient and low-carbon urban logistics and refrigerated transportation.
