Higer recently delivered its New V-Series buses to Chun'an, Hangzhou, offering local residents a more comfortable and eco-friendly travel experience.

This batch of Higer New V-Series buses has now been deployed on urban-rural bus routes, including Chun'an Route 303 between Qiandao Lake and Weiping. This marks the debut of Higer’s “New V-Series” buses across the Greater Hangzhou Area.

The star model in this deployment, the Higer V8E electric bus, boasts a high-efficiency electric drive system, long-range capability, and low energy consumption, perfectly tailored to meet the operational needs of Chun'an’s urban-rural transit network.

The vehicle features a lightweight design equipped with high-energy-density batteries, enabling a single charge to support full-day operation. An intelligent thermal management system ensures stable performance on mountainous routes.

In 2024, Weiping Town, Chun'an, introduced a fleet of Higer electric buses and pioneered the “Chuncunda” (rural passenger and freight) service—a model now expanded to townships like Fenkou and Fengshuling, integrating electric buses with passenger-freight-mail services across Chun'an.

Looking ahead, Higer will continue to partner with Chun'an to drive green transportation innovation, setting a “green benchmark” for Zhejiang’s public transit development.
