Zhongtong Bus Signed a Strategic Agreement with ZO Motors

Recently, ZO Motors Holdings Limited ("ZO Motors"), an innovative new energy commercial vehicle company, with its North American subsidiary ("ZO Motors North America"), formally signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation with Zhongtong Bus Holding Co., Ltd. ("Zhongtong Bus") in Mexico City, the capital of Mexico. Based on their respective strengths, both parties will engage in comprehensive strategic cooperation in the areas of new energy bus product research and development, manufacturing, North American market operations, sales, and more.
Both parties announced that this strategic cooperation, focusing on hydrogen fuel cell buses and electric buses, will initially target the U.S. and Canadian markets.
