"Make use of the engine cylinder body, cylinder head and casting afterheat aging heat process technique research” is afterheat comprehensive using new technology, new equipment to develop projects. Aging process technique, make use of casting afterheat reduce casting residual stress was authorized by China's invention patents in April, 2009. From March 2005 to January 2009, new casting workshop produced a total of more than 140,000 tons casting, saving electricity a total of more than 14.08 million degrees, or about 5014 tons of standard coal, reduce SO2 discharge about 100 tons , reduce CO2 discharge about 1103 tons, energy-saving and discharge reduction is significant . Currently, Yuchai Casting Center and several well-known domestic engine factories have promoted the application of this technology.

YC6J-30 diesel engine has good power and economy, discharge reaches China III standards, it’s in a leading position in the same domestic medium-sized diesel engine, with better social and economic benefits.
