Dongfeng Cummins Delivers Sample Cylinders and Cylinder Lids of 15N Engines to JEP in North America

On November 20, a grand ceremony was held at the workshop of Dongfeng Cummins Engine Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Dongfeng Cummins) to mark the delivery of 300 sample cylinders and cylinder lids of 15N platinum engine to its customer JEP in North America. Guan Zhanghua, Executive Director of Cummins Engine China, Huang Haitao, General Manager of Dongfeng Cummins, together with a number of distinguished guests, witnessed the historical moment. In his speech, Huang Haitao thanked the continued supports of the parent company, saying Dongfeng Cummins will work closely with Cummins and seek more opportunities in the global commercial vehicle market.
After the JEP X12 project, JEP 15N platinum project was officially launched in 2022. Upon their arrival in late January next year, all the cylinders and cylinder lids will be used on PPAP. Having gone through several rounds of design adjustments, they completed production before the deadline thanks to the concerted efforts of the team of Dongfeng Cummins.
According to Dongfeng Cummins, it is now working on introducing new overseas production projects such as Ruby and Legend, aiming to provide premium products and services to its customers abroad. By constantly improving its manufacturing capacity and global logistic services, Dongfeng Cummins is growing by leaps and bounds, sharpening its overall competitiveness in the global manufacturing industry.
