On May 14, Ankai received a letter of gratitude from the Consulate General of People’s Republic of China in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. To help evacuate many Chinese working in Sudan in mid April this year, Ankai worked closely with diplomats in Saudi Arabia and shouldered the heavy tasks of transporting Chinese who arrived in Saudi Arabia from Sudan and then returned to China by plane.
Jeddah in Saudi Arabia served as the transfer station for the evacuation of Chinese working in Sudan. These overseas Chinese first took a Chinese navy ship from Sudan to Saudi Arabia, where Ankai has a solid presence in the local market. To make the evacuation efforts as smooth as possible, Ankai made detailed transportation plans and its after-sales service engineers also signed up as volunteers to help people as soon as they arrive in Saudi Arabia.
As one of the leading bus makers in China, Ankai has always been committed to promoting green, efficient and comfortable public transport and actively involved in shouldering more social responsibilities.
