On January 28, 50 units Golden Dragon ASTAR electric mini-buses officially started operation in Jinan, the provincial capital of Shandong Province, effectively solving the last-mile transport problem in the metropolis.

With a particularly cute appearance, Golden Dragon ASTAR electric mini-bus has already earned a new nickname, “Hong Dwen Dwen”, becoming one of the favorite ways for local residents to travel around and greatly improving the mobility in densely populated urban areas.

Measuring 6-meter in length, Golden Dragon ASTAR electric mini-bus is particularly designed to solve the last-mile passenger transport in urban areas. With an extremely agile body, the vehicle is entirely powered by electricity and generate virtually zero noise while in operation.

According to Jinan Municipal Government, the city will launch several new mini-bus route this year, providing more travel conveniences for people.
