Higer Successfully Obtains CTEAS 12-Star After-Sales Service Certificate

04 January 2023

On January 4, Higer successfully obtained CTEAS 12-Star After-Sales Service Certificate after going through CTEAS100, CTEAS1001-2017 and GB/T27922-2011 after-sales service assessment procedures. As the most recognized after-sales service certificate, it was awarded by China’s National Commodity After-Service Conformity Certification Evaluation Committee and Beijing Sky Certification Center.

So far, Higer has established over 800 service stations, nine well-stocked warehouses across China. In addition, over 100 after-sales service engineers are stationed across the globe to ensure the timely service to Higer’s customers around the clock. Customers in major cities are guaranteed to receive services within three hours. In developed areas, a Higer After-Sales Service Station can be found within a radius of 30 km while in other places it is available within a radius of 50 km. Adhering to the philosophy of “Customer First, Service With Heart”, the bus maker has been constantly making efforts to upgrade its after-sales service network and create a care-free experience for customers.

In the past decades, Higer’s highly reliable after-sales services well stood the tests of many high-profile events, including the annual Two Sessions, Boao Asia for Forum (BAF), 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games, COP27, etc. At FIFA World Cup 2022 held in Qatar, over 6,000 units Higer buses & coaches provided smooth transportation services for about six million passengers in 29 days.

Apart from CTEAS 12-Star After-Sales Service Certificate, Higer has already obtained 5-Star Level After-Sales Service Certificate and After-Sales Service System 7-Star Certificate. These certificates fully demonstrate the sound and comprehensive after-sales service system established by Higer.
