On December, 23, Dongfeng Cummins 2022 Service Council gathered in session to discuss strategies to seek development opportunities amid the changing market conditions. With added confidence in the market, the engine maker will redouble its efforts to tap the huge potentials in the heavy-, medium- and light trucks, large-, medium- and light buses, mechanical engineering in 2023-2024. More specifically, more efforts will be made in the following three areas:

2) strengthening brand image and creating more added values for customers: facilitating repairs & maintenance services and improving customers’ overall satisfaction;

3) improving after-sales services and improving profitability.

Despite all challenges, Dongfeng Cummins ensured that all its customers received satisfactory after-sales service in a timely manner in 2022, winning wide acclaims. Through live-streaming services, Dongfeng Cummins’s sales agent in Guangzhou recorded a sales revenue of 2.077 million RMB and built a pool of 3,945 customers online.
