On July 18, 50 units Foton AUV BJ6851 electric buses officially started operation in Erdos, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Their operator, Erdos Tian’an Public Transport Group Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as Tian’an), established in 1993, started operation with Foton AUV in 2009. Currently, Tian’an has over 180 units Foton AUV buses in operation.

Particularly designed for medium-sized cities, Foton AUV BJ6851 electric bus has a compact structure and an interior with meticulous attention to details. Thanks to its fast-recharging technology, BJ6851 is able to get fully recharged in 12-15 minutes and drive 180-200 km. In addition, its batteries can reach a life span of 8-10 years.

By introducing Foton AUV BJ6851 electric buses, Tian’an aims to further upgrade the public transport network in Erdos.
