Dongfeng Cummins Engines with National VI Emission Standards Work Smoothly in Lhasa

Recently, 48 units sanitation vehicles equipped with Dongfeng Cummins National VI Emission Standards were put into service in Lhasa, the provincial capital of Tibet Autonomous Region.

Dongfeng Cummins engine with National VI Emission Standards has already passed extremely stringent tests in working environment with high temperatures, low temperatures and high altitude. In extreme working conditions, it has managed to run smoothly for over one million kilometers. In addition, vehicles equipped with the engines can reach a B10 life expectancy of 1.60 million km.

After the arrival of the sanitation vehicles, Dongfeng Cummins Customer Care sent a special team to Lhasa, providing training sessions to help drivers better prepared for Dongfeng Cummins engines.

With an average altitude of 3,650 meters above the sea level, Lhasa has set extremely demanding requirements for vehicle engines.
