Lately, Ankai new energy buses in cities across China made full preparations for the upcoming peak summer travel season. Since April 25 this year, Ankai officially launched Ankai New Energy Bus After-Sales Service in Summer Program, which consists of vehicle maintenance services, related training services and operation exchange activity. According to Ankai, the program will end on June 30 this year and all Ankai new energy buses will be fully prepared to embrace the peak summer travel season.

In 2014, Ankai rolled out “Ankai Big Family”, a brand new type of after-sales program featuring more active care for bus operators. The new program ushered in a brand new era for China’s bus industry, further deepening the ties between Ankai and its business partners. So far, the bus maker has already established a 24-hour immediate-response-to-customers mechanism, a nationwide service network and special service programs around the year.

Since 2017, Ankai has been carrying out special service program for new energy buses, aiming to ensure their safe and smooth operation. Thanks to its constant innovation, the bus maker has already established a formidable service team and has been working closely with its partners and service stations to conduct thorough “health” check on new energy buses.

In 2018, Ankai won Five Star Certificate from China Quality Certification Center; in 2019, it won the Seven Star Certificate from CTEAS After-Sales System.

Adhering to its original aspirations, Ankai will continue to improve its after-sales services and customers’ satisfaction.
