When malfunctioning occurs, CSC call center will immediately get in contact with customers and help them address the problems. With these new tools, customers can effectively avoid the deteriorations of some troubles they may have with their vehicles and thus cut their maintenance costs.

Thanks to the big data technologies, Dongfeng Cummins is able to better serve its customers. At 10:56 am on February 26, its CSC call center received calls from Mr. Chen for FC143 and FC415 malfunctioning and it immediately reported the situation to Wang Lu, an experienced after-sales engineer, who quickly helped the customer solve the problem.
