Zhejiang Junsheng, which is specialized in renting new energy vehicles, will buy vehicle products from ZEV and rent them to Urban Partners, which must make sure the agreed operation mileage of all electric logistic vehicles. (also known Bapima Vehicle Rental Service). According to their agreement, the three parties are planning to jointly build green and intelligent urban distribution networks across China. The three companies will not only implement ACE Project which focuses on promoting one million new energy logistic vehicles in China, but they will also carry out long-term cooperation on marketing and renting new energy vehicles, their operation and R&D work.

Currently, electric logistic vehicle industry is entering a brand new development stage. Despite its limited sales volume compared with fossil-fuel powered logistic vehicles, the industry is growing very rapidly and is believed to expand to three million units in the near future.
