HIGER KLQ6608 Runs for Charity in Thailand

www.chinabuses.org: On March 11th, 2017, the “1.5 million steps” charity running campaign kicked off in Chiang Mai, Thailand, with the outstanding presence of HIGER KLQ6608 for logistics support. Starting from Chiang Mai, runners headed to Bangkok at Siriraj Hospital to raise funds for the construction of the 84th Anniversary Navamindrabopitr Building which will be used to care for underprivileged patients.
About 1000 runners including medical students, members of the public and TV stars participated in the run on the Chiang Mai-Lampang section. The run totally covered 750 km across 11 Thai provinces in seven days by 20 medical students plus 30 back-up runners and others to run in rotation in province sections until they reached Siriraj Hospital in Bangkok on March 17.
