No. 1: Proposal on providing tax break and tax reduction to enterprises initiating self-innovation programs

ZENG Qinghong, General Manager of Guangzhou Automobile Group: the current situation usually makes some large enterprises suffer a lack of capital for technological advancements after their tax payments. To solve the problem, the government should roll out tax breaks and tax exemption plans for China’s top 200 enterprises which can allocate more capital for technological innovation.

No. 2: Proposal on using housing funds to spur auto consumption

ZENG Qinghong, General Manager of Guangzhou Automobile Group: currently, China’s total housing funds total RMB 400 billion. However, a part of the funds is sitting idle as some people already have their own houses or have no immediate intention to buy houses. Under such circumstances, the government can navigate some funds into the auto markets by allowing people to use their housing funds to by vehicles.
