Bus Exports in September: Golden Dragon and Higer Ranked Top 3

In September 2024, over 20 key bus manufacturers exported a total of 5,262 buses (including exports of large, medium, and light bus from large, excluding exports from traditional light buses enterprises, the same below), representing a decrease of 3.43% from 5,449 buses in August 2024 and an increase of 26.22% from 4,169 buses in September 2023. This shows that China bus exports in September 2024 increased year-on-year (YoY).
From January to September 2024, China's cumulative bus exports reached 42,194 buses, representing a YoY increase of 36.82%. The cumulative YoY growth rate narrowed by nearly 1.65 percentage points compared to the 38.47% growth rate from January to August 2024.
In September 2024, China exported 5,262 buses, up 26.22% YoY.
Golden Dragon exported 1,061 buses, making it the second manufacturer with exports exceeding 1,000 buses. Its exports surged 185.22% YoY, far outpacing the overall bus export market, and increased 31.97% MoM, also significantly outperforming the market. Golden Dragon performance was outstanding, with a market share of 20.16%, ranking second.
Higer exported 644 buses, ranking third. Its exports rose 89.97% YoY, outpacing the overall market, also beating the market trend. Higer's performance was solid, with a market share of 12.24%.
JMC Jingma exported 546 buses, up 195.15% YoY, outpacing the overall market, and surged 557.83% MoM, leading the market's growth. Jingma's performance was impressive, with a market share of 10.38%, ranking fourth.
Zhongtong exported 479 buses, up 56.03% YoY, outpacing the overall market. Zhongtong had a market share of 9.10%, ranking fifth.
