Which Countries did China Buses Export to in the first half of 2024?

From January to June 2024, the cumulative exports of buses were ranked as follows: Saudi Arabia took the lead, with Peru and Vietnam following closely in second and third place respectively. Among the top 10 export destinations, seven countries experienced an increase in cumulative exports compared to the same period last year, while three showed a decrease. Saudi Arabia stood out as the country with the highest growth rate.
Detailed customs data from the China Automobile Dealers Association revealed the ranking of the top 10 cumulative export destinations for China buses from January to June 2024, along with the year-on-year changes in export volume and market share:
--- Cumulative exports to Saudi Arabia surged to 5,266 buses, marking a remarkable year-on-year increase of 103%. This accounted for 14.11% of the market, securing Saudi Arabia's position as the top export destination.
--- Peru came in second, with cumulative exports reaching 3,599 buses. Although nearly 1,600 fewer than the leading Saudi Arabia, Peru became the second country to import over 3,000 buses from China during the first half of this year. Its exports increased by 7% year-on-year, accounting for 9.65% of the market.
--- Vietnam ranked third, with cumulative exports of 2,387 buses. This represented a year-on-year increase of 11%, accounting for 6.4% of the market.
--- Russia occupied the fourth position, with cumulative exports of 2,314 buses. However, this was a year-on-year decrease of 10%, accounting for 6.2% of the market.
--- Mexico rounded out the top five, with cumulative exports reaching 1,873 buses. This marked a year-on-year increase of 19%, accounting for 5.02% of the market.
In the realm of new energy buses, the top 10 export destinations from January to June also showed notable trends. Korea emerged as the leader, followed by Nepal and Japan in second and third place respectively. According to customs data, China's cumulative exports of new energy buses from January to June 2024 reached 3,933, albeit with a year-on-year decrease of 20%. Among the export destinations, Korea, Nepal, and Japan consistently ranked in the top three.
Specifically, among the top 10 export destinations for China's new energy buses from January to June 2024:
--- Cumulative exports to Korea soared to 629 buses, securing its position as the top export destination and being the only country with exports exceeding 600 buses. This accounted for 15.99% of the market.
--- Nepal and Greece followed closely in second and third place respectively, with cumulative exports of 388 buses and 335 buses. These exports accounted for 9.87% and 8.52% of the market respectively.
