Recently, 200 units Zhongtong Lithe buses embarked on their journey to Philippines from Qingdao Port.

In 2017, the Ministry of Transport of Philippines officially rolled out a new policy which clearly stipulated that jeepneys, the very unique means of public transport in the country must meet the government’s requirements in terms of their length, width and height as well as their loading capacity.

In response to the new policy, Zhongtong quickly developed Lithe bus, which immediately gained recognition among the general public in Philippines. Currently, Zhongtong Lithe buses are playing a critical role in the public transport sector. With more unified designs and more attractive appearances, Zhongtong Lithe buses are all connected with WIFI and equipped with card-swiping facilities. Meeting Euro IV Emission Standards, they are becoming essential not only in the urban public transport sector, but also the intercity passenger transportation sector in Philippines.

Apart from Zhongtong Lithe buses, Zhongtong Fengcai and Shixuan buses have all been working smoothly in Philippines, providing greater travel conveniences to people across the country.
