In June 2018, Golden Dragon buses were put into service at FIFA World Cup in Russia.

In November 2018, China officially established comprehensive cooperation agreement with Philippines. Soon after, Golden Dragon buses entered the country’s public transportation market.

In April 2019, the first batch of 50 units Golden Dragon buses were delivered to Sierra Leone for operation.
