On December 11, Cummins Distributors Meeting was held in Beijing, aiming to strengthen its service networks and promote National VI Emission Standards and Non-road Phase IV Emission Standards.

During the meeting, Cummins distributors across China had a full knowledge about Cummins’ latest marketing strategies and its future development plans. They also exchanged views on creating new business opportunities, promoting spare parts business, improving customers’ satisfaction.

“Despite all the difficulties and challenges, we have been working relentlessly and have gained more customers’ recognition. Currently, we are ready to launch a new round of battle against air pollution and promote our greener engine products,” said Liu Xiaoxing, General Manager of Cummins China Engine.

In the future, Cummins will provide more customized and convenient after-sales services for its customers. By constantly expanding and upgrading its after-sales networks, it has set more demanding requirements for its distributors and aims to create a win-win situation for itself and its distributors.

In 2018, Cummins established its Core Spare Parts Center in Shandong and Henan provinces. In the near future, more such centers will be built in other provinces across China. These centers will provide fuel combustion system repair services, emission treatment system repair services, DPF cleansing services, etc.
